Position Summary

This position supports CPS instructional faculty, and the development and administration of credit and non-credit courses. Coordinator will support curriculum and instructional design efforts by supporting course developers, setting up courses in the Banner system; providing faculty instructional support, anticipating and implementing instructional materials requirements, coordinating course closeout reporting, and tracking instructional data reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • In coordination with faculty, determines and fills course-related instructional support requirements including acquisition and development of training materials.


  • Supports Curriculum and Instruction Manager for course updates and new course design and development. Assists in the planning for future course books and materials.


  • Provides excellent customer service for faculty to accommodate questions and requests related to operational issues such as course withdrawals, etc.


  • Supports course and term closeout activities. Tracks and reports CPS instructional data and evaluation reports. Completes program and course change forms for non-credit programs and courses.


  • Participates in CPS meetings and continuously improves processes within area of responsibilities. Maintains and updates College calendar. Supports other individuals on the Operations Team and in the College of Professional Studies including cross-training where appropriate.


  • Attends College and University events and performs other duties as assigned.




Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative experience required.
  • Bachelors Degree required.




Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years in a University Setting preferred.
