The Department invites applications for an appointment at the Assistant Professor rank to begin Fall, 2022. The position is for an applicant with expertise in special education.
The successful candidate will be expected to immediately contribute to the continued development and success of the department and growing the special education program through research, teaching, and mentoring of students.
Instructional roles include teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in traditional and online formats.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop or continue an ongoing scholarship agenda in an area of specialization, including regular publications in quality outlets, professional presentations, and submission of external grant proposals.
Service on dissertation committees is expected, as well as representation of the discipline and department via committee participation and other relevant service activities.
