The program, Tech Teach, is a district-based, undergraduate teacher preparation program designed to serve as a "talent pipeline" for partner districts. The program is clinically intensive, competency-based, and focused on measurably improving K-12 student achievement. The Department of Teacher Education in College of Education at Texas Tech University invites applications for a full-time (12-month appointment), Post-Doctoral Researcher in Teacher Preparation for Instructional Methods for P-12 Mathematics. The position includes methods teaching in educator preparation and significant curriculum and research work focusing on preparation for the teaching of reading and writing across P-12 grade span.
