POSITION: Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor. This Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor position is in the Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Counseling for one academic year, beginning in August 2024. This faculty member will be hired to support our Counseling Psychology PhD program and undergraduate minor in Counseling, with potential to contribute to the Counselor Education masters programs through courses cross-listed with Counseling Psychology. The Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Counseling (SERC) is housed in the College of Education. The Counseling Psychology PhD program is accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). The Counseling minor trains undergraduate students from numerous majors across campus and is rapidly growing. In addition, the SERC Department houses programs in Counselor Education and Special Education. Information can be found at

Ø Teach courses in the Counseling Psychology PhD program, with potential opportunities to provide clinical supervision to doctoral students.
Ø Contribute to the undergraduate minor in Counseling, including teaching course(s) for the minor.
