    The Evaluation Center, housed within the College of Education at the University of Kentucky, is seeking an Associate Director. The Associate Director position is a non-tenure track, Research Title Series position at the level of assistant professor. This is a twelve-month appointment, effective September 1, 2024. The academic home of the Associate Director will be in the department most closely aligned of the College of Education’s seven departments. This position is a 2-year position with the opportunity for renewal based upon external funding. No teaching activities are expected with this position. Ninety percent of time in this position will be dedicated to conducting evaluations, and 10% dedicated to professional development.


    Expectation for the position include, but are not limited to:


    • Leading multiple evaluation studies, developing and implementing all phases of evaluation study activities

    • Designing data collection protocols, obtaining consent, collecting data, and communicating results to stakeholders

    • Managing and mentoring evaluation staff and research assistants

    • Developing manuscripts and conference submissions in collaboration with evaluation staff, research assistants, and faculty

    • Writing, collaborating, and submitting grant proposals to seek intramural and/or extramural funding.
