Dr. Hinerman’s methodological research focuses on advanced psychometric investigative techniques such as exploratory structural equation modeling and item response theory. She also interested in applying cutting edge methodologies to educational program evaluation such as multilevel modeling, longitudinal modeling, and various forms of structural equation modeling. She wants to help improve the way we measure constructs, and how we establish program effectiveness. She is also interested in making advanced research techniques accessible to practitioners and beginning researchers - bringing the best to educational research.
