Dr. Robbins’ teaching, research, and service supports her work with adult students in higher education pursuing their personal and professional goals. Her research focuses on leadership identity development and effective collaboration for learning and performance at work, which she shares with her students by focusing on personal leadership development and collaboration across difference in the classroom. Dr. Robbins is interested in the ways in which individuals work together to promote inclusion and support innovation and is committed to personal development, social equality, and the value of working in teams.
