My current research interests concern the development of oral skills for future teachers. Language skills are the very foundation of the act of teaching. In Quebec, the current discourse on the professionalization of teaching is still not very attentive to the role of language and its implementation in the construction of knowledge in the disciplines. Thus, the "language for learning" appeals to both didacticians of French and those of other disciplines.
