His research interests include the client-consultant relationship, multi-media learning theory, online learning pedagogy, and organizational performance improvement. His current research explores the factors affecting trust and relationship commitment in the client-consultant relationship. He is a journal peer reviewer for Performance Improvement Quarterly and is a certification reviewer for ISPI’s Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation. He has served on the ISPI Research Committee Distinguished Dissertation Award Committee, and as Chair of both the ISPI Research Committee and the ISPI Thomas F. Gilbert Distinguished Professional Achievement Award Committee.
