Currently teach courses that focus on elementary mathematics pedagogy, the educational and psychological foundations of learning and teaching and the use of technology to support educational goals while I also supervise field experiences and teaching internships.
Presently, I am investigating how the principles of programs such as Math Recovery and the Flat Classroom Project can be integrated into teacher education.
My service to the field of education includes mentoring current and former students, consulting with mentor teachers, conducting professional development sessions and administering individual mathematics assessments.
