We are seeking a motivated, collaborative colleague, eager to engage with others on scholarship and grants, and whose research directly engages questions of practice that seek to understand the many ways in which racially minoritized people experience schooling. We are especially interested in scholar-activists who use a critical lens to transform existing practice and scholarship and engage with minoritized youth and communities.

  • Exploring the role of school counselors as change agents, advocates, and allies for students and families.

This tenure-track line requires teaching two courses per semester, engaging in student advisement and supervision, conducting a systematic program of research, and university and professional service. We are dedicated to ensuring a diverse and inclusive faculty environment and especially welcome applicants from minoritized groups.
