We are seeking a candidate for a post-doctoral research associate position to join our interdisciplinary research team and contribute to groundbreaking research in AI-powered adaptive learning systems. This position focuses on using AI to facilitate teaching and learning, support student engagement, and enhance assessment practices. Candidates with expertise in learning analytics, pedagogical frameworks, and qualitative research methods are encouraged to apply.

To be considered for this position, you should hold a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or a related field. Your expertise should include a strong background in educational research, learning assessment, and the application of AI in instructional design. Additionally, excellent communication and writing skills are essential.

As a member of our research team, you will:

• Apply learning analytics and various research approaches to assess the effectiveness of pedagogy in education.
• Develop and refine constructs related to human-centered skills and their assessment in AI-supported learning.
• Utilize qualitative analysis and coding techniques to study the impact of AI-driven educational interventions.
• Disseminate research findings through academic publications, conferences, and workshops.
• Engage in outreach initiatives to promote the integration of AI in K-12 and higher education settings.
